Noida Airport New Flights: 12 New Routes to Start from July 1, IndiGo Expands Operations

Noida Airport to Connect 12 Major Cities from July 1

Jewar, Noida | June 23, 2026 : Noida International Airport is set to take a major step forward in expanding air connectivity. Starting July 1, IndiGo will launch commercial flights from the airport to 12 major cities across India. The move is expected to provide travelers in the National Capital Region (NCR) with a convenient alternative to Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.

With these new services, passenger traffic at the airport is likely to rise significantly in the coming months.

IndiGo Expands Noida Airport Network

At present, IndiGo already operates daily flights from Noida Airport to four cities. In addition, Akasa Air runs services between Noida and major destinations such as Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Now, IndiGo plans to strengthen its network further by adding more domestic routes. As a result, travelers will get better connectivity and more flight options.

12 Cities to Get Direct Flights from Noida Airport

Under the new schedule, IndiGo will operate direct flights from Noida Airport to the following cities:

New Flight Destinations

  • Mumbai
  • Srinagar
  • Jaipur
  • Dharamshala
  • Bhopal
  • Dehradun
  • Bareilly
  • Kishangarh
  • Lucknow
  • Jodhpur
  • Pantnagar
  • Chandigarh

These flights will operate daily, improving travel convenience for both business and leisure passengers.

More Travel Choices for NCR Passengers

The launch of new routes will help passengers avoid congestion at Delhi Airport. Many travelers from Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and nearby areas already prefer the new airport because of easier access and reduced travel time.

Moreover, the airport is expected to attract passengers from western Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states.

Passenger Numbers Expected to Increase

Industry experts believe the addition of new routes will boost passenger traffic at Noida Airport. Once flights to all planned destinations become operational, the airport could emerge as a key aviation hub in northern India.

Currently, flight operations are conducted during daytime hours. However, future expansion plans may allow a greater number of services and improved connectivity.

Noida Airport vs Delhi Airport: Airfare Comparison

Airfare comparisons show mixed results. On some routes, ticket prices from Noida Airport are similar to those from Delhi Airport. On others, fares may be slightly higher.

Still, many travelers choose Noida Airport because it offers easier road access and helps them avoid traffic congestion around Delhi.

Sample Fare Trends

  • Amritsar: Comparable fares from both airports
  • Mumbai: Noida fares higher on some dates
  • Srinagar: Competitive pricing
  • Jaipur and Lucknow: Similar fare range
  • Dehradun: Affordable options available

Why the Expansion Matters

The launch of 12 new routes marks an important milestone for Noida Airport. Better connectivity, reduced travel time, and growing airline participation are likely to strengthen the airport’s position in India’s aviation sector.
