Union Bank of India launches Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 to promote integrity, transparency, and ethical governance across the nation.
Mumbai, October 27, 2025: Union Bank of India has commenced the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 from October 27 to November 2, 2025, across all its branches and offices nationwide. The initiative follows the directives of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and is themed “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.”
Integrity Pledge Led by MD & CEO Shri Asheesh Pandey
At the Central Office in Mumbai, Shri Asheesh Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Union Bank of India, administered the Integrity Pledge to staff members, reaffirming the bank’s strong commitment to honesty, transparency, and accountability. The event was attended by Executive Directors, the Chief Vigilance Officer, and other senior executives.
Employees from across the country also joined the pledge ceremony virtually, underscoring the collective commitment of the organization to uphold ethical values in every sphere of banking operations.
