PNB Observes Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 on Theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”
Nationwide Integrity Pledge and Awareness Drive Highlights Ethical Governance

New Delhi, October 27, 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of India’s leading public sector banks, has launched Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 at its Corporate Office in Dwarka, New Delhi. The event marked the beginning of a nationwide initiative to strengthen the culture of transparency, accountability, and integrity across the organization.
Integrity Pledge Led by Top Leadership
On the occasion, PNB’s Managing Director and CEO, Shri Ashok Chandra, along with Chief Vigilance Officer Shri Raghvendra Kumar, administered the Integrity Pledge to staff members. The pledge encouraged employees to uphold honesty and ethical behavior in every aspect of their professional conduct.
The ceremony was attended by the bank’s Executive Directors, Shri B.P. Mahapatra and Shri D. Surendran, who also shared insights on the importance of collective responsibility in promoting vigilance and good governance.
