PNB Partners with Maruti Suzuki for Easy Dealer Loans

PNB and Maruti Suzuki join forces to offer quick, digital loans and cash management services for dealers across India.

New Delhi | 13 August 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has partnered with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) to help car dealers get funds quickly. The PNB Maruti Suzuki partnership will give dealers simple and flexible loans to buy more stock.

PNB will offer loans of up to ₹25 crore. Dealers can apply online. The process will be fast and fully digital. The bank will also give cash management services to MSIL.

Faster Funds, Less Hassle

Dealers will get money faster with fewer steps. This will help them keep enough cars in stock and run their business smoothly. Quick funding will also save time and reduce stress.

Leaders Share Their Views

The MoU was signed by Shri Ashok Chandra, MD & CEO of PNB, and top MSIL leaders. They included Shri Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales; Shri Tsuyoshi Takeshita, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales; and Shri Vishal Sharma, Vice-President – Maruti Suzuki Finance & Driving Schools.

Shri Ashok Chandra said, “The PNB Maruti Suzuki partnership will give dealers more money, faster approvals, and smoother work.”

Shri Partho Banerjee said, “Our dealers are key to our growth. This tie-up will give them strong support and help serve customers better.”

Helping India’s Car Market Grow

Both PNB and Maruti Suzuki aim to boost India’s car market. They plan to do this by giving dealers easy loans, digital processes, and better services.
