PNB Felicitates Hockey Olympians Abhishek and Sukhjeet Singh for Asia Cup 2025

New Delhi, 09 September 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) honoured hockey stars Abhishek and Sukhjeet Singh for their success at the Asia Cup 2025. Both are Olympians, Arjuna Awardees, and members of the PNB Hockey Team.

The event took place at the PNB Corporate Office in Dwarka, New Delhi. Shri Ashok Chandra, MD & CEO of PNB, felicitated the players. An open talk with the champions was also held.

Abhishek: Player of the Tournament

Abhishek is one of India’s top forwards. His major wins include:

• Olympian at Paris 2024
• Silver Medal at Commonwealth Games 2022
• Gold Medal at Asian Games 2022
• Gold Medal at Asian Champions Trophy 2024

At the Asia Cup 2025, he won the title of Player of the Tournament for his fine skills.

Sukhjeet Singh: Reliable Striker

Sukhjeet Singh is known for his strong finishing. His highlights include:

• Olympian at Paris 2024
• Silver Medal at Commonwealth Games 2022
• Gold Medal at Asian Games 2022
• Gold Medals at Asian Champions Trophy in 2023 and 2024

He scored key goals in India’s Asia Cup 2025 victory.
