FI Schemes Saturation Camp Organized in Delhi
SLBC-Delhi hosts Mega FI Schemes Saturation Camp in Shalimar Bagh with strong participation from banks, officials, and community groups.

New Delhi | September 4, 2025 : A Mega FI Schemes Saturation Camp was held in Shalimar Bagh, North-West Delhi. The event was organized by SLBC-Delhi. It brought together banks, government officers, and community groups.
Leaders Present at the Event
The camp was chaired by Sh. D. Surendran, Executive Director of Punjab National Bank. Several senior officials also joined:

- Sh. Rajesh Kumar, General Manager & Convener, SLBC-Delhi
- Ms. Garima Kapoor, Deputy Secretary, Department of Financial Services

- Sh. Mukesh Sethi, Deputy General Manager, SLBC-Delhi
Large Participation
More than 400 people attended the FI Schemes Saturation Camp. The gathering included SHGs, NGOs, district staff, state government officers, NABARD, PFRDA, and banks. LDMs from Delhi also took part.
Focus on Financial Awareness
Speakers highlighted key topics. These included PMJJBY, PMSBY, and Atal Pension Yojana (APY). They also stressed the need for re-KYC, account nomination, and digital safety.
Atal Pension Yojana Session
Sh. Ruby Bhaosagar, Assistant General Manager, PFRDA, explained the Atal Pension Yojana. After the session, visitors explored stalls put up by banks. They learned more about social security and financial services.
Support for Beneficiaries
Cheques were given to nominees under PMJJBY and PMSBY for insurance claims. This showed how the schemes provide timely help to families.
SLBC-Delhi’s Role
The FI Schemes Saturation Camp earned praise for its wide reach. SLBC-Delhi leads such efforts across 11 districts of Delhi. It continues to work with LDMs to spread financial inclusion.
