Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth approximately ₹445 crore, excluding GST, from Great Value Realty Limited. The order covers Civil & Structural Works for the Great Value Ekanam Project in Sector 107, Noida.
With this development, the Capacit’e Infraprojects LOI adds fresh momentum to the company’s growing project pipeline.

The scope of work under the Capacit’e Infraprojects LOI includes comprehensive civil and structural execution at GH-02, Sector 107, Noida. The project forms a key part of Great Value Realty’s premium residential development in the region.
As a result, Capacit’e will deploy its engineering and execution teams to deliver the project at scale while maintaining strict quality benchmarks.
