Location and Better Roads Ahead
The Anant Nagar Scheme covers 785 acres on Mohan Road. It already connects to UPSIDA and Kisan Path. To make travel smoother, the road, which is now 7–10 meters wide, will be widened to 24 meters. This will handle more traffic in the future.
Modern Living with Green Spaces
Anant Nagar is planned with modern amenities. The township has a grid-style layout, which means clear roads and easy movement.
Power lines will run underground. Internal roads will be wide. About 130 acres will be green parks. Families will enjoy clean and fresh surroundings.
An Upcoming Edutech City
The scheme will also include an Edutech City spread across 100 acres. Good schools and colleges will be nearby. This means students won’t have to travel far.
Affordable Homes for Many Families
LDA wants this project to help around 1.5 lakh people find homes. Here’s how it plans to do this:
- About 10,000 flats in 60 group housing plots
- Over 5,000 homes for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Low Income Group) families
- 3,000 houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana
- Lucknow’s first zero liquid discharge housing project
- A smart waste management system for cleaner living
Big Response in Phase 1
In the first phase, people showed huge interest. LDA received 13,031 applications for 334 plots between April 4 and May 5. The plots were allotted through a lottery at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan from June 10 to 13.
Why You Should Not Miss This
Anant Nagar offers modern homes with clean green surroundings. Roads, power, and waste management are all well planned. So, it is a good chance to own a plot in a growing part of Lucknow.
