Lucknow | 26, July 2025 : Senior IAS officer Alok Kumar has been promoted to Additional Chief Secretary. To mark the moment, he shared a heartfelt message. In it, he thanked his family, friends, and colleagues.
Alok Kumar joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1993. Since then, he has worked in many key roles. He said that the journey was full of challenges, but he always had the support of his seniors and team members.

“This is not just a personal success,” he wrote. “It is a chance to do more for the people of Uttar Pradesh.”
