PNB Organises Mega MSME Outreach Programme Across India
PNB boosts small businesses with instant loans, digital tools, and expert guidance through its nationwide MSME outreach drive.
Lucknow | 26, March 2025 : Punjab National Bank (PNB) hosted a Mega MSME Outreach Programme on July 25, 2025, at over 200 locations across India. The goal was to support small businesses and help them grow with easy access to credit and banking services.
PNB’s Strong Push for MSME Growth
Shri Ashok Chandra, PNB’s MD & CEO, led the programme from Ludhiana. Other senior leaders and officers joined events in different cities. Their presence showed PNB’s strong focus on MSME support and customer-first service.
Key Features of the Mega MSME Outreach Programme
Direct Support from Bank Officials
Small business owners met senior bank officers. They received guidance and help with loans and other services.
Digital Help Desk
A special Digital Zone helped visitors check their loan eligibility in real-time. Many received instant in-principal approval letters on the spot.
Instant Loan Approvals
Under select MSME schemes, eligible people received quick loan approvals. This made it easier for them to get funds without delays.
Display of MSME Products
PNB also showcased special loan products. These were made to suit the needs of different businesses—whether they are traders, service providers, or manufacturers.
Strong Local Engagement
The bank worked closely with industrial clusters, MSME associations, and chambers of commerce. It also engaged with local business leaders to build awareness and connect with more MSMEs.
Smart Tools for Fast Service
Each location had tech support. CRM tools helped collect and track customer data. This made follow-ups easier and helped process loans faster.
